The rental prices are per night per accommodation and based on 1 to 4 people (plus a baby).

* In some cottages there can sleep a 5th or 6th person. The costs for this is:
15 euro p. p. p. n from 16 years onwards.
8 euro p. p. p. n extra child under 16 years.
In low and mid season the minimum stay is 2 nights.

During the high season we only rent out a week.

The Casa das Ovelhas and Principal and
are available all year round (both have a fireplace)
The others are available in mid and high season
The swimming pool is not in use during the winter/low season

* The price in inclusive bed linen (1 x in the week fresh linen) and bath-and kitchen linen (change as many times as desired).
* Not included in the rental price is the final cleaning fee : 45 euro for casa do forno, ovelhas, canto and the treehouse.
And 70 euro for casa principal and the beachhouse casal morgado.
This is a fixed amount independent on how long you stay. To be paid the day before departure.

Diner
Once a week there is a dinner service, prices check upon arrival.
Other
* If you would like to make use of wood for the stove or an electric heating during the mid and low season, this must be paid separately.
Firewood: 4 euro per basket (approximately for two days)
Electric heating: 5 euro per day.
* Laundry service:. The price per load is 5 euros.
* Massages 50 euros, full body massage 1 hour
