Casa do Canto,Casa do Forno and the beachhouse Casal Morgado are available from 20-03 tot 30-10-2021
The Casa das Ovelhas and Principal and
are available all year round
The swimming pool is not in use during the winter/low season
The rental prices are per accommodation and based on 1 to 4 people (plus a baby).
In some cottages/apartments there can sleep an extra person, see below for additional cost.
In low and mid season the minimum stay is 3 nights.
During the high season 03-07 / 03-09-2021 we only rent out a week. Arrival on Saturday/Casal Morgado on Friday

* The price in inclusive bed linen (1 x in the week fresh linen) and bath-and kitchen linen (change as many times as desired).
* Not included in the rental price is the final cleaning fee of 45 euro for casa do forno, ovelhas and canto. And 70 euro for casa principal and the beachhouse casal morgado. This is a fixed amount independent stay. To be paid the day before departure.

Diner
dinner consists of tapas, buffet with a choice of dishes and salads, dessert, drinks, coffee/tea. Once a week !
Other
* If you would like to make use of wood for the stove or an electric heating during the mid and low season, this must be paid separately.
Firewood: 4 euro per basket (approximately for two days)
Electric heating: 5 euro per day.
* In some cottages there can sleep a 5th or 6th person. The costs for this is:
10 euro p. p. p. n adults from 16 years onwards.
7 euro p. p. p. n extra child under 15 years.
* Laundry service:. The price per load is 5 euros.
